Corporate Juggling Workshop

This is an interactive team building experience that brings the shop steward and management together.

The participants receive juggling balls and are taught the basics of juggling using rhythm and music.

The experience incorporates various learning experiences to highlight the corporate message:
1. The individual as a team member
2. Working together to create symmetry and highlighting company goals

Advantages:
1. It has been proven that juggling enhances brain/eye co-ordination
2. Juggling improves the body's reflex system

The workshop is approximately 40 minutes in duration and entails the following:

a. A brief discussion on juggling, history and benefits .
b. A short demonstration of juggling involving advanced techniques.
c. Each delegate receives a set of balls
d. Teaching session using the three step procedure 

This is highly interactive and the facilitator gives hands on tuition to each delegate.
Each phase is demonstrated and then the delegates follow.
The presentation is light with some background music.

After the workshop a brief discussion with the delegates to obtain their feelings as to the process of learning and integration

It is both an Individual activity as well as an ideal Team/Club activity

Thank you for conducting your juggling workshop at our Strategic Planning Session in November 2007.  Even though the group was large you managed to keep a good balance between entertainment value, ice breaking, and learning the skill of juggling which is a wonderful leveller. Everyone was equally challenged, and by learning to do something new using dormant bits of our brains that we didn’t know we had, we were able to approach our strategic thinking from a new perspective.  We sustained the theme and benefits of juggling well after you left, and the Juta branded juggling balls still remain easily accessible on my desk.
